Quito pt.2

I ended up staying 3 days in Quito with my touring buddy Ernesto and his other touring buddy Alexis. We ate some encebollado and a lot of Guatemalan refried beans, damn they're good.

Encebollado; basically fish soup with popcorn and fried plantain chips. Its damn good.

We also checked out the "mitad Del mundo" monument and the historic center, it really is beautiful and packed with myths and history. I'm just gonna go ahead and upload the rest of the Quito pics.
